How a care brief actually runs

The service shapes the search, but the workflow is consistent. Whether the role is an HHA in Worcester or a memory-care CNA in Albany, we follow the same steady process.

1. Service-specific brief

We come into the call ready. If it is a memory-care role, we know which behavioral-support training matters. If it is hospice, we know how to ask about emotional resilience. We do not waste your call on basics.

2. Pay rate calibration against the local market

Every shortlist is calibrated against current US care-staffing pay data plus what we are seeing live this month. Pay rates in the Northeast differ from the Southeast or Midwest. If the rate looks light, we tell you before we start.

3. Vetted, ranked shortlist

Three to six caregivers per brief. Credentials verified, references contacted, screen-readiness confirmed, OIG / SAM checked where required. Notes on availability, nearest service area and pay expectations on every candidate.

4. Offer and onboarding

We coordinate the offer, the screen, orientation paperwork, and start logistics. Day-7, 30 and 90 follow-ups confirm the placement is in seat.

Categories we deliberately do not cover

Travel nursing, RN per-diem and acute-clinical roles sit best with sector specialists, so we point those briefs to trusted partner agencies. We will tell you within one call if we are not the right fit.
